New client portal – Double
We’ve introduced a new client portal, Double (formerly Keeper), designed to make working with us simpler, faster, and more transparent.
This replaces our previous system, Copilot, and brings a more streamlined and reliable way to manage your financial information and communication with our team.
Why we’ve made this change
We’re always looking for ways to improve how we work with you. After reviewing our previous system, we wanted a platform that offered clearer communication, easier access to information, and a more intuitive experience overall.
Double gives us that, helping us work more efficiently together while keeping everything in one place.
What you can do in the new portal
With Double, you can:
- view your financial statements and tax returns in one place
- access interactive monthly reports that are easier to understand
- respond quickly to queries about transactions or accounts
- message our team directly, without long email chains
- securely access and share important documents
- find useful guidance and resources when you need them
What you need to do
You should have already received an email with instructions to activate your new portal, along with a short help video to guide you through the setup.
If you haven’t seen this, it’s worth checking your junk folder. If it’s not there, just get in touch and we’ll resend it.

There’s no change to the service you receive, just an improved way of working together. Your information remains secure, and your usual contacts within our team stay the same.
