Policy and Ethics
Our commitment
SDA CPA Group is committed to acting with integrity, professionalism, and transparency in every relationship — with clients, employees, vendors, regulators, and the broader public.
Professional standards
Our CPAs and other licensed professionals are bound by the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and applicable state board rules. We meet or exceed the continuing professional education requirements for our licenses and certifications.
Conflicts of interest
We disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest before accepting an engagement that may be affected. If a conflict arises during a relationship, we communicate openly and act in good faith to resolve it.
Confidentiality
Client information is confidential. We do not share information about a client’s business with another client or with anyone outside the firm except as required by law, expressly authorized by the client, or necessary to deliver the services they’ve engaged us for.
Honest communication
We will tell you when we don’t know something. We will tell you when you don’t need a service we offer. We will tell you when we’re not the right firm for your situation. The goal is your long-term success, not our short-term billing.
Accountability
If we make a mistake, we acknowledge it, fix it, and explain what we’re doing to keep it from happening again. We take complaints seriously and respond promptly.
