How we share information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf.

Text messaging

What we send. If you opt in, we may send you text messages responding to the inquiry you submitted, helping you schedule a Discovery Meeting, confirming and reminding you about scheduled meetings, and communicating with you about your account. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

How you opt in. You will only receive text messages if you have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent box on the contact form on sdacpa.com. We keep a timestamped record of every opt-in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will send nothing further unless you opt in again.

Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
  • You can ask us what personal information we hold about you.
  • You can ask us to correct or delete personal information about you, subject to legal and professional record-keeping requirements.
  • You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
