Books you can trust. Reports you can use.
Monthly bookkeeping and financial management for Georgia business owners who want clear, current numbers — not a year-end scramble.
Client Accounting Services
Who this is for
Client Accounting Services is the right fit if you’re an owner-led business in Georgia, generally between $500K and $5M in revenue, and you’re ready for your books to stop being a thing you worry about.
It works especially well for trades and home services, restaurants, healthcare and wellness practices, professional services, and Main Street businesses with growing complexity.
What it usually costs
Most Client Accounting Services packages run between $750 and $3,500 per month, depending on the size of your business, the number of bank and credit card accounts, payroll size, sales tax filings, inventory, and the level of advisory you want. We’ll quote a fixed monthly fee after the Discovery Meeting — no surprise billing.
What’s included
Monthly bookkeeping
Bank and credit card reconciliations, transaction categorization, vendor and customer ledgers, and a clean close every month.
Financial reporting
A standardized monthly reporting package: P&L, balance sheet, and the management reports your business actually needs to make decisions.
QuickBooks Online management
We run your QuickBooks Online file like it belongs to us. Chart of accounts kept clean. Apps and integrations set up properly. Workflows that don’t fall apart when your office manager goes on vacation.
Accounts payable and receivable support
We can help you set up better A/P and A/R workflows, choose the right bill-pay app for your size, and keep customer billing on schedule.
Sales tax filings
Georgia and multi-state sales tax filings for businesses that collect it. We handle the registrations, the schedules, and the filings.
Quarterly business reviews
Every quarter, we sit down with you to walk through the financials, look ahead, and talk about what matters — cash flow, margins, hiring, taxes. You leave the meeting with answers, not homework.
Year-round communication
Email, phone, secure portal, scheduled calls. Pick whatever works. You’re not waiting on March to talk to your accountant.
Do I have to use QuickBooks Online?
We work best in QuickBooks Online and that’s what we recommend to almost every client. We’ll help you migrate from QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, or spreadsheets when you’re ready. It’s usually one of the highest-ROI moves a small business can make.
How long does it take to clean up books that are behind?
Catch-up work varies. A simple service business that’s six months behind can usually be cleaned up in two to three weeks. Heavier cleanup — multiple years, inventory issues, payroll mismatches — can take a couple of months. We quote catch-up work as a separate one-time project so you know what it costs up front.
Will I have one person to talk to?
You’ll have a named lead on your account plus a small support team behind them. You’re not bouncing between strangers every time you have a question.
What reports will I get every month?
At a minimum, a P&L and balance sheet, plus any management reports you want to add. We can discuss that in our discovery meeting.
How do you keep my financial data secure?
Cloud platforms with bank-level encryption, multi-factor authentication on every account, encrypted client portals for document exchange, and internal policies that limit access to what each team member needs. The Website Security & Privacy page goes into more detail.
